Deciding on your sign message is only the first step, it is important to select the right material.

The important factors in this decision include:

Is it for display in a warehouse or a prestige hotel?

Rigid Plastic	Easily drilled, white, glossy, rigid PVC plastic. Lightweight with high impact strength, suitable for internal and external use.
Rigid Plastic (Photo Luminescent)	1.2mm rigid PVC with photo- luminescent pigmentation. After glow requirements exceedPSPA Class B Standard. Luminance properties and performance measured to DIN 67510.
Self Adhesive Vinyl	High gloss, flexible PVC with self-adhesive backing, suitable for most smooth, dry and clean surfaces. Ideally suited to indoor use.
Self Adhesive Vinyl (Photo Luminescent)	Flexible PVC with photo- luminescent pigmentation and self-adhesive backing. After glow requirements exceed PSPA Class B Standard. Luminance properties and performance measured to DIN 67510.
Aluminium	0.9mm aluminium with gloss white powder coating. Suitable for both internal and external applications. Excellent weathering and UV resistance provides a long-life product.
Polycarbonate	2mm transparent, flame retardant polycarbonate. Sub-surface printing prevents damage and vandalism. Extreme high impact resistance.

Any product outside of our standard choice of material or size ranges. This may include items such sign frames, banners, or any custom sign.

Banner PVC	Flame resistant 440gsm PVC banner for indoor and outdoor applications. Digitally printed for eye catching displays.
Fluted Polypropylene	4mm thick, ideal for temporary signs. Lightweight, waterproof and strong. 100% recyclable.
Synthetic Paper	110gsm high density polyethylene. Highly durable: tear, water and grease resistant. Ideal for eye catching posters.
Foam PVC	Available in 3mm or 5mm. Bright white, lightweight and waterproof. Easily drilled for fixing. Ideal for external site safety boards.
Clear Acrylic	5mm, high quality cast acrylic (non-shatter). Good resistance to weather, discolouring and most chemicals. Ideal for prestige signs. 100% recyclable.
Aluminium Composite	3mm, white aluminium skin with polyethylene core. Lightweight and weather resistant. Ideal for external site safety boards. No scrappage value reduces risk of theft.
Tactile & Braille	2-ply ABS material for internal use offers a durable, scratch resistant, glossy surface. 2-ply DR material for internal or external use offers a durable, scratch resistant surface. Available in various colourways and finishes. Laser and routing capablities.
Reflective Traffic	Available on various materials (aluminium, zintec and aluminium composite) with a choice of reflective finish. RA1 reflective (engineering grade) for temporary traffic signs. R2 reflective (high intensity) for permanent traffic signs (CE marked).
