Q: What payment methods do you accept?

You can use any major credit card, or your PayPal account if you have one. Once you click 'Complete Order' from our checkout, you will be taken to a payment gateway page - from there, either login to your PayPal account or choose Checkout as Guest to use your credit card.

Q: What guidelines are there for choosing the right size signs?

Q: How do I order a customized sign?

Some of our signs offer you the option of using your own company logo and/or customized text. These signs are identified by the phrase "Custom Options Available" appearing above their price on the product pages throughout the site. Q: Do you offer refunds on signs we do not require?

Yes. We will refund all goods in full with the exception of custom made signs. Please notify us within 10 working days of the date you receive the order if you wish to make an exchange or would like to return the sign(s). Please note that we cannot refund delivery costs and you will need to cover the cost of the sign(s) return.

Q: Do you offer credit accounts?

We are primarily an internet company, but we can offer credit facilities for regular customers after their initial 2-3 deliveries subject to satisfactory credit references.

Q: Do you deliver abroad?

No. Sorry but we are not able to deliver outside the UK at this time.
