In the UK, orders placed before 3:00 PM will be processed and shipped the following business day. In the extremely unlikely event that orders are placed for products that are not currently available, we will contact you either by phone or by email to let you know.The delivery will typically take place between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. Customers will need to understand that we are unable to provide an exact delivery time. Although we do offer next-day delivery, please note that this service is not guaranteed. At the checkout, you will see an option for guaranteed delivery for a delivery before 9 in the morning. We are unable to accept responsibility for orders and laws that are to be delivered in countries other than the UK.
